Phase 1 is moving along well, and Tower 1 was capped off in June and Tower 2 is expected to be capped off this July. When this is completed, over 400 luxury seniors apartments with hospitality options, fitness gym, 24-hour concierge and catering will be available. We are now working on the ground floor and third floor, in North and South buildings. The weather posed a few adjustments, but the building is starting to take shape.
Exciting times from the Wellings of Whitby site, we are out of the ground and the site is brimming with materials and activity.

Unground parking is taking shape, and second-level slab and rebar work are ongoing.
All new COVID19 safety protocols issued under the updated Provincial mandate will be followed by Laurin and their subcontractors to ensure that all site personnel are able to continue work under the new guidelines.
The Wellings of Whitby construction is well underway. Mud slab, plumbing rough in and footings have started and are progressing well.

The Wellings of Whitby is making its way to street level. Bracing at second level of tie backs is nearing completion.
Excavation continues on site. The rains this week were heavy, but progress continues.
All safety protocols for COVID-19 and the job site are being enforced.

Construction is well underway and all the work is currently underground. We are focused on all aspects of shoring, lagging & tie-backs as it pertains to the main building.
