Welcome The First Residents To Wellings of Winchester

Today, Wellings Leasing and Community Manager, Phil Rankin, and Alex Lyons, NLG Construction Manager along with Mayor Tony Fraser and Deputy Mayor Al Armstrong welcomed our first residents to Winchester. It was exciting to see the first members cut the ribbon to their Villa and walk through the door with a smile. More members will be moving into the Community in the coming weeks, as their Villas are completed. Our official Grand Opening will take place once the Clubhouse is completed.

The Leasing Centre and Model suites are now close to being open. With a milestone in Covid Vaccination around the corner, we are now able to start furnishing.

Enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.

The Apartments At Harbour Hill

We are excited to see the activity at the new 55 plus wing of Harbour Hill ; The Apartments. New residents are moving in and we are still abiding by all safety protocols, while introducing our new family members to the community.

The weather is getting better all the time, and we are looking forward to the day we are able to resume visits to vineyards, beaches and local farmers markets.

In the meantime we keep our spirits up by taking in nature’s bounty of colour and scents.

Spring 2021 At Wellings of Picton

Spring has been busy at the Wellings of Picton.  Member vegetable gardens are well under way and this warmer weather has been welcomed by the community.

Our 8000 square foot Atrium is large enough for us to remain physically distanced and socially connected. Jessica has been creative the games and entertainment taking place within the community.

The Community continues to grow, moving new members into Wellings safely on a weekly basis.

In the Kitchens, Chef Dave is planning to begin outdoor dining, and our members are very much looking forward to dining together once again. The new pizza menu is out and Wellies are taking advantage of “ordering pizza” and having it delivered piping hot to their door.

On the Horizon:

June will bring a drive through car wash and BBQ to raise more funds for our new hospital coming to Picton.
